Partnerships with Client/Care Providers

AmTran focuses on providing on-time, affordable transports to meet the needs of the patients and the facilities. These services are coordinated to insure patients are arriving for their scheduled appointments, and being picked up without delay. This coordination of scheduling allows the facilities to meet the demands of their patient flows, and allows the patients peace of mind knowing they are able to get to their scheduled appointments on time.

Appointments can be arranged with one call to our Communications Center. The Dispatcher will dispatch the most appropriate, cost effective means of transportation to you.

AmTran’s goal is to simplify the process of arranging transport for yourself, a family member, or a patient to and from a necessary destination. Our Patient Admissions Specialist are trained to handle all of your needs from payment options, filing the necessary paperwork for your insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid for services, or to discuss options regarding: Facility contract services for ALS/BLS, Non-Emergency Transports, Wheelchair, or ambulatory transport services.
